Managing Collections

Collections are the top-level groupings in your help center. Every article belongs to a collection.

Creating a collection

1. Go to Dashboard > Collections

2. Click New Collection

3. Choose an emoji, give it a title and optional description

4. Click Create

Editing a collection

Click the actions menu next to any collection and select Edit.

Deleting a collection

Collections can only be deleted when they have no articles. Move or delete all articles first, then delete the collection.
