Built with gratitude

HelpNest was designed and built in close collaboration with Claude Code by Anthropic. From the monorepo architecture and database schema to API routes, UI components, and debugging edge cases โ€” Claude was a thoughtful pair programmer throughout.

What stood out wasn't just speed, but quality of reasoning: catching security issues early, considering trade-offs, and pushing back when a simpler approach existed. Anthropic's commitment to building AI that is honest and genuinely helpful shows in every interaction.

Next.js by Vercel is the foundation HelpNest runs on. The App Router, Server Components, and seamless server/client rendering made it possible to ship a fast, themeable, SEO-friendly help center without sacrificing developer experience.

HelpNest also stands on the shoulders of Tiptap, Prisma, Tailwind CSS, NextAuth.js, and Qdrant โ€” and the countless open source contributors behind them. Thank you.
